- BOOK YOUR SERVICE -
Appointments can be booked online using the button below or by calling us at 516-642-3250.
- REQUIREMENTS TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT -
A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking—it is only used to hold your reservation. However, a fee will be applied if you cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment or if you fail to show up.
- PHOTO REFERENCE POLICY -
We love when clients bring inspiration photos to help us understand the look they’re going for. However, please understand that we cannot guarantee an exact replica of any photo. Final results will always vary based on individual features such as: Eye shape, size, length, and differences in picking curl, length, thickness, and styling techniques. If you’d like to bring a photo for reference, we strongly recommend choosing one from our Instagram page to ensure the closest possible match in style and product used. If you are expecting your lashes to look exactly like a photo, especially one from another salon, please carefully consider this before booking. Final results will vary from person to person, as every client has unique eye shapes and features. While our artists will always do their best to tailor the look to your preferences, our priority is creating a style that best suits you and enhances your natural beauty.
- CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT -
As a courtesy, we will send a text reminder one day before your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
- PAYMENTS -
Cash is preferred; however, we also accept all major credit/debit cards, contactless payments, and Zelle/Venmo.
Please note: Cash payments are required to redeem any discounts or special offers.
- CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE & NO-SHOWS -
At Lashpop, we understand that unexpected things happen. However, when appointments are canceled last minute or missed, it impacts both our technicians and clients who may have wanted that time slot. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we kindly ask that any changes to your appointment be made in advance.
Late Cancellations & Reschedules (within 12 hours of your appointment): A 25% fee of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, a 50% fee of the scheduled service will be charged.
We appreciate your cooperation in providing at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client and ensures our technicians' time is respected.
- LATENESS POLICY -
We understand that traveling in NYC can be unpredictable. However, to ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please note the following:
Clients for lash extensions who arrive more than 10 minutes late may be required to reschedule and will be charged a late reschedule fee.
For lash lift clients due to the time-sensitive nature of the lash lift process, clients who arrive late will be required to reschedule and pay a rescheduling fee. The lash lift solution must be applied for a precise duration and cannot be shortened to fit the remaining appointment time.
Alternatively, if you choose to proceed with the appointment, your service will be completed within the remaining appointment time while still being charged the full service price.
Late arrivals will not be eligible for our free fix policy.
We appreciate your understanding, as lateness affects both your results and our ability to stay on schedule for other clients.
- BEFORE & DURING YOUR SERVICE -
To ensure the best experience, please follow these guidelines:
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in, consultation, and any necessary preparations.
Makeup & Contacts: Be sure to remove any mascara before your appointment. If you wear contact lenses, we provide disposable cases and solution for safe storage.
During Your Service: To maintain a calm and comfortable environment:
Mute personal devices to minimize distractions to create a peaceful environment.
Refrain from talking during your service, as movement can interfere with lash application and affect your final results.
- REFILL POLICY -
To maintain full, fresh-looking lashes, we recommend scheduling a refill every 2-3 weeks. Refill pricing is based on the number of days since your last appointment: 1 Week (1-7 Days) | 2 Weeks (8-14 Days) | 3 Weeks (15-21 Days) | 4 Weeks (22-28 Days)
After 4 Weeks (28+ Days), a refill is no longer applicable, and your service will be considered a new set. Please book a removal + new set, and we will waive the removal fee at checkout.
Refill Restrictions:
Bottom lash extensions are not eligible for refills and will be charged as a new set.
Refills must be done within the same set category (e.g., Classic to Classic, Volume to Volume). Switching between set types — such as Classic to Volume or Volume to Classic — can not considered a refill and a removal and new set will be required. Style or shape changes are also not allowed during refills. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for guidance.
If an incorrect refill is booked, we will change the appointment to the correct appointment to accommodate the required time duration needed and to update the service price.
We only provide refills for lashes applied at Lashpop. If you have extensions from another salon, please book a removal + new set to ensure consistency in quality and materials as we cannot guarantee another salons work.
- REFUND & FREE FIX POLICY -
We do not offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your service, we are happy to provide a complimentary fix within 3 days of your appointment.
Please note: Fixes do not apply to personal preferences regarding shape, curl, thickness, or length that were chosen and confirmed during the consultation. We encourage open communication before the service begins so we can customize your lashes to your liking.
To request a fix, call or text us at 516-642-3250, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Our goal is for every client to leave feeling confident and happy with their lashes.
- PREGNANCY POLICY -
You are welcome to get your lashes done while pregnant; however, for safety and comfort reasons, we do not accept clients who are more than 6 months pregnant.
If you are pregnant, please inform us at the time of booking so we can prepare for your visit and reserve a maternity pillow. This will allow you to lie comfortably on your side during the service, ensuring both your comfort and safety throughout the appointment.
- DISCLAIMER -
Lashpop is not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur during or after your appointment. However, if you experience an allergic reaction, please contact us immediately, and we will remove your lashes at no additional cost. Clients who are concerned about potential reactions are encouraged to schedule an allergy test at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. During the test, a technician will apply a few lashes to assess your sensitivity.
