Changes within 12 hours
Cancellations or reschedules made within 12 hours are subject to a 25% fee based on the
scheduled service price.
No-shows
Missed appointments are subject to a 50% fee based on the scheduled service price.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late
We may only be able to work within the remaining appointment time at full price, and full
results cannot be guaranteed. Rescheduling after the appointment start time is treated as
a no-show.
Refill eligibility
Refills are available within 28 days of your last Lashpop appointment and only for lashes applied by us. If it has been more than 28 days, you have extensions from another salon, or you would like to change styles, please book a removal and a new set.
A valid card is required to reserve your appointment. It is not charged at booking and is only
charged when a policy fee applies.
